Liam Coleman (above) is highly unlikely to play at Northwich on Saturday
LIAM Daish says Ebbsfleet were deserved winners after last night's Trophy quarter-final replay against Burton was settled by Stacy Long's late strike.
The game appeared to be heading to penalties after both sides failed to find the target in two encounters, but Daish feels justice was ultimately done.
He said: "They were two tight games and we gave ourselves a real chance of getting through having got them back to our place.
"I felt we were a bit tentative in the first half last night and maybe a bit nervous. If anybody had come in after the interval, they would have seen we were the deserved winners.
"We kept asking questions and were solid at the back.
"One thing which does concern me is we keep creating chances and not taking them and there is always a risk a mistake might cost you.

"It didn't happen last night and in the end we got the goal our display deserved."
Ebbsfleet face two encounters against Aldershot in the semi-final and the head coach sees no reason why his side can't book an historic Wembley appearance against the league leaders.
He explained: "If you look at York, Torquay and Aldershot, who are all ex-league clubs, we always knew it was going to be tough.
"We will go there for the second leg as underdogs, but we've already shown this year we can beat anyone on the day, so there is nothing to fear."
A Wembley date will undoubtedly attract a huge turnout from north Kent, although the Fleet head coach said he was frustrated by the lack of numbers at last night's replay.
He explained: "It seems a bit strange to see almost 300 Fleet supporters travel to Burton and yet there were less than 900 at our place last night.
"I've been asking a lot from my players this year and it would be great if the supporters could help by turning up in numbers."
The Trophy run will play havoc with the Fleet's fixture programme and the head coach is already working to ensure his small squad can cope with the inevitable pressures which will arise towards the end of the campaign.
He said: "We are down to the bare bones a bit and I've already put in a few phone calls to get some fresh faces in on loan.
"I haven't been able to get anybody yet, but I'm waiting to hear back and am looking to have someone in sooner rather than later."
It is back to the league on Saturday with a trip to struggling Northwich, but Daish is taking nothing for granted.
He added: "They are scrapping for their lives and had a good result against Woking, so it is going to be tough.
"I'm hoping Mark Ricketts will be available if he can shake off his knee problem but Liam Coleman is struggling with his knee and is unlikely to play."
